Lourdes Pilgrimage - June 11, 2005
The pilgrims assemble at Christ
the King Church in Langley.
Fr. Boulet with some of the
younger children who walked most of the way.
The pilgrims try to keep their
breath as they sing the rosary up the hills.
Our nurse takes care of some
blisters.
After 5 hours of walking along
the streets, the pilgims take to a trail.
Fr. Herkel helps transport an umbrella stoller over rougher
ground.
The pilgrims arrive at the
Fraser River Heritage Park
Fr. Boulet arrives with some parishioners from Vernon.
Canadian and American Pilgrims
rejoice at finishing the long journey for Our Lady.
