Fr. Raymond Lillis' First Mass: June 27, 2009

Father Raymond Lillas, who was ordained in Winona of June 19, traveled to Welwyn to say Mass for the faithful on June 27. On Sunday he said a sung Mass, after which he gave his first blessing to the faithful. A potluck was then held in the basement with Father and the parishioners. On Monday the feast of the Apostles Saints Peter & Paul, Fr. Lillas again said Mass before heading off to Regina to take a plane to Vernon BC so he could say Mass for the faithful in B.C. and visit with them.
