World’s peace by the Rosary

Dear Crusaders,

As you noticed, the intention of the month is for World peace by the Rosary.  I cannot miss the opportunity to say a few words about Fatima.  On October 13, 1917, Our Lady said to the three children, “I want you to have them build a chapel here in My honour. I am the Lady of the Rosary. Continue always to pray the Rosary every day.” She said sadly, “I have come to warn the faithful to amend their lives and ask pardon for their sins.  They must not offend the Lord our God any more, for He is already too much offended.”

On several occasions she told the children to pray the Rosary for the end of the Great War (World War I) that was being fought.  Later on, she came to ask for the Consecration of Russia to her Immaculate Heart, to be done by the Pope with the bishops. Once again, Our Lady said that such act of consecration was absolutely needed to get peace in the world.  Alas, we are still waiting for the true consecration of Russia to be done!

You probably heard from your parents that lots people are fighting each other, and that there are still many wars in the world.  Moreover, things are not improving but getting worse.  We know that it is up to the Pope to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary; but as children, what can you to help him right now to get the courage to do so?  Yes, indeed: make your daily offering with the intention of this month, and don’t forget to say well your Rosary.

You must continue to pray the Rosary every day as Our Lady asked to do, and you must not offend God by our sins. Our Blessed Mother Mary wants us to wear the Brown Scapular of Our Lady of Mount Carmel.

Remember to be like Sister Lucy, Jacinta and Francisco, and make many sacrifices to console God and the Immaculate and to save poor sinners from Hell.  Pray often to Our Lady for the Consecration of Russia, because, only by this act of obedience, will there be given a period of true peace for all mankind.
