Four watchwords
Pray.
Receive Communion. Sacrifice yourself. Be an apostle.
Four laws
- The Crusader
prays always and for every one: Mental prayer, vocal prayer, prayer
of action.
- The Crusader
has a passionate love for the Eucharist. He prepares his Communions;
he makes his thanksgiving.
- The Crusader
has the spirit of sacrifice especially in fulfilling perfectly the duties
of his state of life.
- The Crusader
carries out the duties of his apostolate in his own surroundings that
is among his schoolmates and his family.

Prayer: The daily offering, morning & night prayers, Rosary…

Communion: Sacramental Communion, or else Spiritual Communion.

Sacrifices:
Make some good ones and do not fail to mark them on the Treasury.

Apostolate:
At least that of good example, which is always possible.
